ProLaunch Services
Customers who want assistance installing and configuring APTARE StorageConsole can purchase APTARE’s ProLaunch service. Services during the product installation include:
- Help with sizing and system architecture questions
- Live remote assistance during the installation via a LiveMeeting web conference
- Initial set up of server group hierarchy
- Run sample reports from XML reporting engines
- Post installation configuration review and tuning – including customizing parameters and configuration options for the customer’s environment
- Post install verification – validation of installation and operation of all components
- Product/support training. The customer receives an overview of the product in their environment plus key administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks.
Professional Services
APTARE provides professional and consulting services to customers and partners. These services consist of education services, custom report development, installation and “best practices” system setup and configuration services. These services are usually delivered under the scope of a specific engagement Statement of Work (SOW).
